I am legally obligated to maintain professional treatment records. Data collected during sessions, including session notes and relevant health information, is documented in accordance with professional regulations (analogous to § 630f BGB) and kept secure. These records are retained for 10 years following the end of treatment. Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have explicitly released me from confidentiality or there is a legal obligation. Processing is based on Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR in conjunction with national healthcare regulations.
- Burst Statistics: We use Burst Statistics for privacy-friendly website analytics. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding visitor behavior to improve our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

A DPA is in place.
- Microsoft Teams: For online sessions (video consultations), we use Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Corporation). The communication data you provide (audio, video, chat) is processed for the performance of the treatment contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Where health data is involved, this is processed in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR.
