Julia Gohlke | Systemic Therapist and Family Therapist (DGSF) | Heilpraktiker (Psychotherapy) | Berlin & Online

Hello, it’s good to have you here. I’m Julia.
Sometimes life confronts us with challenges that are almost to heavy to carry on our own. Losses, deep emotional shocks, or unresolved trauma can trigger the feeling of losing the ground beneath your feet.
As an experienced coach, therapist and mentor, I support you in in giving these difficult experiences a safe space. Together, we process crises, and gently find your way back to your life. You don’t have to walk this path alone – I will accompany you with both professional expertise and human warmth.
Focus areas of my therapeutic work

Grief support
Grief is not a problem that needs to be solved – it is the love you continue to carry within you. In my practice, you don’t have to “let go” or rush to fight your way back to “normal.”
Together, we gently explore how you can maintain an inner connection to your loved one. You can learn to live with your grief – at your own pace, without judgment and without leaving your loved one behind.

Trauma Therapy
Sometimes painful experiences or shocks leave lasting traces that make it difficult to find inner peace.
Trauma therapy offers a safe way to untangle these old entanglements. Together, we help your system process what happened, let go of the burden, and rediscover a sense of calm and wholeness within you.

Transformational Coaching
When goals are clear in your mind but simply don’t work in everyday life, the reason is often deeper.
In coaching, we release unconscious blocks, question old behavioural patterns, and bring your daily practice back into alignment with your real needs – for more ease and a life that feels right.
What clients say about working with me…
“Her calm, empathetic manner and her ability to truly listen and respond to everything without rushing is something very special. You immediately sense that she understands the pain and can offer individual support with a wide repertoire of tools.
After every session with Julia, I felt a great sense of relief. Over the weeks and months, a quiet, deeper resolution of the issue in the background emerged.”
“About three months after Enno’s death, I was looking for understanding & help & found Julia. At first I only followed her work on Instagram, until I finally found the courage & reached out to her.
I’ve now been working with Julia for over a year because she simply does me good & I really value her support after the death of my son Enno.
She keeps giving me a sense of strength when I feel at my weakest.”
“I’ve been in regular coaching with Julia for almost 2 years because my daughter died 2.5 years ago. In every session I can completely let go with all my feelings and thoughts.
Each session is tailored exactly to my needs and always takes me a little further on my grief and trauma journey.
Julia’s work is therefore incredibly effective, and I have even recommended her privately.”
“What I particularly appreciate about our work together is how Julia helps me structure my thoughts.
In general, I feel very comfortable with Julia. I can be who I am. If an exercise or method doesn’t work for me, Julia calmly adapts it until it lands with me.
I’m amazed at how much I can open up and how free and safe I feel in our online conversations.”
“Julia has a unique ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way and offer practical solutions.
Her recommendation of a particular article helped me gain important insights that I am now bringing into my life.
A special memory from our coaching is a technique Julia showed me to stay calm in stressful situations. I now use this technique regularly, and it has made my life enormously easier.”
“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to keep living, to see meaning in life again, and to cope with the grief for our son.
The waves of grief were simply far too high, everything felt unfamiliar, I had the feeling I didn’t know myself anymore.
I felt so lost because no one understood me.
But you listened to me, caught me, and showed me that it’s okay to feel the way I do right now.”
